We start working on your art only after you make the order. This is to make sure that your art is fresh and special to you. It is because of this that we cannot accept cancellations of your order. 

– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. All sales after the 48 hour window has passed are final.

– For the exchange to be processed, the product must be returned unused & in the same condition you received it in.

ii) Please mention the reasons for return / exchange

iii) Please include photos of the product in question 

On receiving your request we will go through it and if everything checks out we will initiate a refund/exchange as per your requirement.

– There is a Defect in the product.

– The wrong item was sent to you by mistake.
